Refund policy
Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another item or refund. Refunds are not offered on any skincare products, including cases of buyer's remorse, incorrect purchases, or dissatisfaction with product performance.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact The Skin Porefectionist within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue and confirming the defect, a replacement will be provided for the damaged or defective item.
If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact The Skin Porefectionist. Although refunds are not offered, advise on how to address the reaction will be provided.
